There is no denying that we from time to time, get requests that are both unethical and illegal. We reject outright any assignment that clashes with our guiding principles and operational philosophy.
These principles are:
We always strive to provide the highest quality services and products, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients and we will never try to sell our clients services or products they do not need.
We always agree measurable objectives before any assignment and our success is always measured against these objectives. We operate payment models that reflect our achievement of these objectives and will never leave the customer with a big bill and unachieved objectives.
We encourage knowledge transfer to our customers and it is always our objective to leave behind tangible learning results.
We always respect international law, as well as the legal structure in our customers' home countries, as well as countries we operate in on behalf of international clients. We will never assist a customer in breaking the law, be it international or domestic laws.
We always respect religious beliefs and cultural values, but we do reserve the right to refuse assignments that run contrary to our own ethical standards, beliefs and values.
We actively monitor risk and immediately implement necessary actions to reduce risk for our customers during all assignments. We will always inform our customers of changes in the risk picture and what we are doing to reduce or mitigate the identified risk.
We never employ people with unspent criminal convictions.
We actively seek to employ ex-servicemen from various military forces around the world and do not discriminate based on gender, religion, race, or any other non-merit aspect.
